Each team comprises three specialist loft fitters with qualified plumbers and electricians, overseen by the Site Manager keeping you informed of progress throughout. During the construction the Site Manager and Operations Director are in consistent communication with the fitting teams to ensure works are carried out to our exacting standards, with as little disruption as possible. Upon the structural completion of the project, the plastering team will arrive to finish the job ready for decorating.
The process
Free Survey & Fixed Price Quote
Our surveyor visits your home to discuss your requirements and take some measurements. He will then advise and design a loft conversion that meets your needs but also fits your budget. Fixed price quotation provided.
Design, Visualise & Planning
In house architectural team will undertake a full measured survey of your property to produce accurate and detailed drawings for you loft conversion. Including realistic 3D views to help you visualise your conversion before any works commence on site. Our team will also obtain any required planning and building regulation approvals on your behalf.
Site Preparation
A great deal of prepartion goes in before every conversion to ensure our projects and fitting schedule stay on track. Everything from scaffolding, and skips to materials and permits are arranged ready for commencement on site.
Construction & Management
Our employed and dedicated fitting teams and trades will see your project through to completion in a timely manor and on schedule. Site managers providing progress updates along the way and arranging the relevant building inspections. We aim to cause as little disruption as possible and take the stress out of undertaking extensive works
Timescales & Completion
For a typical dormer loft conversion it would take around 6-8 weeks to complete, or even less for a velux loft conversion. Once the works are complete and signed off by building control, we will issue all certificates and guarantees, leaving you to enjoy your new space!
